Summer, 2006 - St Paul Saints, AF-Kids, and Metro Baseball League Join Together to Produce Spotlight Game of the Week
In 2006, the St. Paul Saints exported their famous Midway Stadium Game Experience to a local youth athletic fields for an experience that was memorable. Attendance at some games topped over 500 fas,
Throughout the summer, the fans saw such Saints’ staples as:
- Mascots Bud Squealig and Mudonna;
- Public address announcer Rusty Kath and organist Andy Crowley;
- Ballpark haircuts and Sister Roz, the resident massage therapist;
- Special guests and ceremonial first pitches;
- “4th Inning Stretch” Peanut Toss; and,
- Between-inning promotions such as “Smoothie Strike” & “Shoot-out.”

AF-Kids Program Benefits Kids with Cancer and Serious Blood Disorders
A percentage of all revenue in 2007 generated by the The AF-Kids Program will be donated to the Pediatric Cancer Center and Blood Disorder Service. The goal is $1 million in additional funding to help with the research and cure of critical childhood diseases.
